Carpet - Upholstery Cleaning

Our technicians use the industry standard method of carpet cleaning, a hot water extraction system with a truck mount machine. Yes, that means that we park our cleaning van at the nearest entry to your home, from the van we control the water temperature and vacuum pressure. We clean from the furthest point of entry and work our way back out the front door. All this being done, after an evaluation is made of the current condition of your carpet.

Everyone always wants to know "how long will it take for my carpets to dry"? Every home is different, but a standard amount of time would be 4-5 hours. That being said, the dry time could be extended by the weather conditions, the location of your home and the type of carpet you own as well as its condition. A tip to speed up the dry time would be to leave the window open, turn on ceiling fans, and vacuum after 5 hours.

We will always do our utmost to attempt to remove a stain or spot but we would be lying if we told you that all stains come out. Remember, the best thing to do when you have an accident is to absorb or vacuum the spill. Attempting to use a home remedy for cleaning can often cause more damage and can sabotage our best effort to fix the situation. Never use bleach as a cleaning solution... unless you want to take the color away!

Upholstery cleaning is also taken care of with the use of the truck mount machine. Depending on the condition of the fabric, it will be evaluated as to whether it will need a wet shampoo cleaning or a dry soil removal.. Often we re­ceive a request to wet clean a sofa when it is only in need of a heavy beating for dust removal as well as a heavy vacuuming.* The recommended time for cleaning upholstery will vary on the use and condition of each piece.
